The spectacular coast of Lycia, and the on-shore winds with provide steady thermal currents, provide ideal conditions for paragliding. At Baba Dagi (from 1500m), near Oludeniz, or at Kas (from 800m), you can launch yourself from the cliffs. With the guiding hand of an experienced pilot in the front harness, there is no sense of fear, just the elation as your feet leave the earth and you rise into the blue. Both locations offer spectacular views over a myriad of islands and waves, as your trip is followed by a steady seaside landing. Descent takes between 30 minutes and 50 minutes and trips are available each day from April to the end of October.
